Update 1
Flax Place, a £67.3m residential development in Leeds, will deliver 300 sustainable apartments. Recent achievements include enabling works, bulk excavation, and a contiguous piled wall. In the coming six weeks, site offices will be set up, piling will begin for both blocks, and October will see the installation of a 100m tower crane – a key milestone. Completion is planned for 2027.
