A sustainable 300-apartment Build-to-Rent development redefining modern living in Leeds.
Flax Place is a landmark Build-to-Rent project offering 300 high-quality apartments across two towers in Leeds, standing at 10 and 14 storeys. Designed by Day Architects, this development blends modern living with a strong focus on sustainability.
The project features a well-balanced mix of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and incorporates eco-friendly design elements, such as Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) and connect to the Leeds District Heating system; while adding a natural touch to Leeds’ formerly industrial quarter.
Scheduled for completion in April 2027, Flax Place aims to become a vibrant addition to the city’s residential landscape.
Starting January 22nd, 2025, site working hours will be extended until 10pm for the next 18 weeks. We want to assure residents that we will make every effort to minimise any disruption during these extended hours, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
